  • Assist in general administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

Here are some of the essential qualifications for this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
