As a Deed Research and Retrieval Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our estate planning services team.
You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify, retrieve, and analyze property deeds,
and related documents. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of
our estate planning processes.

Conduct thorough research to locate and retrieve property deeds, and other relevant legal documents
Collaborate with county offices, public record databases, and other resources to gather necessary information
Verify the accuracy and authenticity of retrieved documents
Analyze and interpret legal descriptions, encumbrances, and other property-related details
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings for use in estate planning
Here are some of the essential qualifications for this role:
Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry
Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to deeds in different states
Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field is a plus
Prior experience in the retirement solutions industry or legal field is preferred but not required
